I had a fantastic experience at this watch repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were eager to help. I brought in my grandfather's old pocket watch, which had not worked in years. The technician took the time to assess the damage and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated as I had no clue about watch mechanics! They even offered to give it a thorough cleaning along with the repair, which was a nice touch. I was told it would take a few days, and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me after just two days to pick it up! The watch looked amazing, and it now works perfectly. The only thing I wish is that they had a wider selection of watch bands and accessories for sale, but that's a minor detail compared to the quality of their service. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for watch repairs or advice. It's comforting to know there’s a reliable place that cares about preserving these timepieces.
